I travelled by train and stayed overnight to attend an arts event. The location is good - a comfortable 15 minute walk from the station, and another 15 minute walk from the Performing Arts Centre. My room had all the usual facilities, nothing fancy, but clean, well kept, and comfortable. My room was pretty quiet considering the location on a major highway. Recommended.

Booked on the day at last minute, with low expectations. Just needed a place for the night and for that it was perfect. Located on Main Street, short walk to town. Easy check in. Family room was surprisingly good - comprised 2 bedrooms with a separate space for the kids, their own TV etc (not just camp beds in a normal room like some places).

I've stayed at this motel many times in the past and I was pleased to see it was just as comfy and quiet as I remembered. The bed was super comfortable and made for an easy night's sleep. Room had decent air con and was in easy walking distance from shops and station. Would happily return if I'm back in town.

The motel was the older style so I was expecting it to be tired. The cleanliness was outstanding and definitely a bonus having a toaster and microwave, it was very homely and certainly very comfortable making my stay a relaxing experience. Thank you will be back if down this way
